At The Dental Design Center, we want every step of your experience with us to feel clear, easy, and comfortable — including how your care is handled financially.
Payment Options
Before your treatment begins, one of our friendly appointment coordinators will review your treatment plan, explain the associated fees, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also make sure all financial arrangements are in place ahead of time.
For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Personal Checks
- Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Flexible Financing Options
We understand that planning for dental care sometimes requires flexibility. That’s why we’ve partnered with CareCredit®, a trusted third-party financing company that many of our patients use to break up the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments.

Insurance Information
We are not in-network with any dental insurance plans. However, many of our patients with PPO insurance choose to receive their care with us because PPO plans typically allow you to see any dentist you prefer.
If you have dental insurance:
- Our team is happy to help you navigate your benefits.
- We’ll file claims electronically for faster processing.
- Insurance payments will be sent directly to you.
- Payment for services is requested at the time of treatment unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Customized Payment Plans
For patients undergoing comprehensive or long-term treatment, we offer personalized financial arrangements. Our team will review these options with you before treatment begins so you can plan with confidence and peace of mind.
